An early C19th single fusee drop dial wall clock with 8" convex dial c.1830. The small proportioned figured mahogany case with boxwood stringing and glazed view window to the drop box. Convex 8" dial bearing the makers name WM Williams, 223 Oxford street, London. Sat behind a marching convex glass set in a hinged opening cast polished brass bezel. The single fusee movement with anchor escapement and shaped plates. Fully restored and overhauled. Presented in excellent condition and fully working. Measures 10" maximum width x 13.5" high x 5" deep. Stock number CS74.
