A Superb George II period oak cased longcase clock made by well regarded maker, Thomas Lister of Halifax.c.1750. Brass and silvered dial with penny moon to the engraved centre. Strikes on a bell to the hour. Quality case with quarter columns to the sides. Turned columns to the caddy top hood. Superb mid oak colour and patina.Full working order. Stands 89"high.
